What time are you getting there? My mom wants to go around 1pm... is that too late? Do people run out of stuff or whatever?

I'm going to be there when they open the doors - but I'm leaving to attend a wedding ceremony before it ends.

no it's an all day event from 11am-4pm so it accomdates most people. i might be getting there after 1 also because i have to work. they had a list of all the events and most things dont' start till after 1 anyways. i had the same concern and this is the email i got

Timeline for Bridal Extravaganza™

All prizes are going to be given away at the LIWeddings.com Prize Platform.

All winners must be present at the LIWeddings.com Prize Platform at the time the prize is awarded except for the 12:00 Noon and 3:00PM $1000 give-away (see below).

11:00AM - Doors Open

12:00 Noon - $1000 Prize

1:25PM - $1000 Prize, $1200 Diamond Necklace for Mom

1:30PM - Bridal Gown Seminar by Emily from Amsale (see many Amsale gowns on display!)
- Identifying Your Bridal Style
- Silhouettes and Body Type
- New Trends in Bridal
- Tips for Dress Searching Process


2:00PM - $1000 Prize, $1200 Diamond Necklace for Mom

3:00PM - $1000 Prize

3:30PM – Vendor Prizes, 42 Inch HD Plasma for Grooms

4:00PM - $1000 Prize, Tahiti Honeymoon*

4:30PM – Show Ends

The 12:00 Noon and 3:00PM $1000 give-away will be announced over the PA system. The winners name will be written on a white board at the prize platform. Please check the prize platform before leaving the show. If your name is there please see someone at the prize platform to claim your prize. For all other prize winners you must be present at the time the prize is announced. If you are not present to claim your prize the prize is forfeited and will be given to someone else.

*For the Tahiti Honeymoon you must register separately for this at the In and Out Travel booth #14.
