Stupid question about Bridal Shower invites...

Are you supposed to put the store announcement cards where you registered in with the invitation? Or is it word of mouth? My Mom was asking me (not making it too obvious that she's mailing them out soon) if she would need to insert them.

Yes, the department store or your wedding website should give you the insert to include (I registered thru weddingchannel so I got inserts from them with all the places I registered on one card).

no question is ever stupid. I knew this one girl who sent out the invites and then mailed out the store cards. that was a little funny
