REGISTRY
People keep asking me when am I going to register. Do you girls think it is too early to start for a mid-2007 wedding? Also, FI and I don't live together yet and have to register for EVERYTHING. It is so overwhelming.
This is probably a silly request, but does anyone have a compiled list of all the things we should register for?

Re: REGISTRY
I think it really all depends on you. I am registering for my shower. Alot of ppl asked me if i was registering for my e-party, but I didnt - and dont want to. I also need a lot of things bc me and Fh dont live together.

Re: REGISTRY
I registered at Bed Bath and Beyond and Fortunoff. They both give you a good list. I would have to say I like the list from BBB better. They will walk you through each step. Never to early to start. I was not having an e-party but I registered anyway and I did get engagement gifts from it.

I havent registered yet, but from what I have seen so far, a lot of women ask for:Microwaves
Toasters
Blenders
Utencils
Pots and pans
DVD Player
TV
Towels

The best one that I have heard about is putting your honeymoon on a registry. LOL

Re: REGISTRY
We registered Last March b/c family/friends kept asking us if we registered they wanted to get us e-gifts. You can always change your registry on line. I would suggest registering for a few items that you know you want/need and come back to add the other things later.

Re: REGISTRY
I am getting married the same day as you 7/7/07 and I am probably going to register after April beginning of May. FH is an accountant and I decided to wait till after tax season, but now is a fine time to register too, it's whatever you want to do.
