spinoff ? to marriage license

how far in advance can you get your marriage license? can i get the weds before the wedding?

60 days, and there's a 24 hour waiting period...

I would get it at least two weeks before, and not wait for the week of.

you can get it up to 60 days in advance (i think?), but you must have a 24 hour waiting period between when you get the license and when you actually get married.

we got our liscense last night and our wedding is April 22....its good until 4/28/06!

yup! Bring birth certificate, FH , picture id, something with SS# on it and $40 dollars! The town clerks off said it only should take 15 minutes!!

We're getting ours the Thursday before the wedding. You need it issued 48 hours in advance and can pick it up on the spot.
