Looking to buy a sample or preowned gown... suggestions?
Hi everyone,I'd like to buy a sample or preowned designer gown (Monique L'Huillier, Lazaro, Amy Michelson)... does anyone have suggestions of stores or internet sites?

thanksa great tip, how long did it take to recieve your gown? Did you get to try it on before you purchased it? what happens if you don't like it can it be exchanged?

There is a place called the Wedding Garden? Something like that? Help me out someone? It is in NYC and I believe they have designer gowns and their profits go to charity.

Michael's Consignment has a whole section of wedding gowns, some by well-known designers. I tried on a Vera Wang and Monique Lhuillier there about 6 months ago. Definitely worth a try!They're located on Madison Ave, between 79th and 80th Streets.

Kleinfeld's have a ton of samples for $1000 or less. YOu just go there and ask to see their samples.

hello, my friend have a giogio gown that have never been wore before. she brought 2 and decided to wear the other one. let me know if you're interested. think she's selling it for $600. i'll have to find the pic.

Sorr- I just noticed that you asked me a question!I found a dress I loved, and drove all the way up to Boston to try it on.
I should have it by this weekend, which would be exactly the 6 weeks they estimated for delivery.
They were so nice up there, reall really great.

You can sign up with Top Button and have a list of sample sales going on in NYC emailed to you. It's not limited to bridal sample sales, it lists all of them.Top Button: NY

Try Bridal Garden! Proceeds go to charity too...I got mine at a Saks sample sale (Ulla Maija)
