I was thinking between 2
You raise me up by Josh Groban or
Hero by Mariah Carey.

Please, anyone have any suggestions??

He's my older brother (which sometimes acts like another father) we are very close.

I think both of those are very appropriate. I was going to dance w/ FBIL to 'In My Life' by the Beatles, or something like that. It's hard to find a non-loveydovey song!
