I'm Maronite (Catholic) so we had Ash Monday! Thank goodness b/c I started the morning off with BACON!

I was really looking forward to my beef stew that I brought for lunch today, UNTIL my best friend reminded me NO MEAT!!! So I had to walk about 10 blocks to get shrimp teryiaki.
