12th night photography question

For all 12th night ladies.

Dom at 12th night is booked on my wedding day but is telling us that he has someone else available from his studio.

Did anyone used one of their 'backup' photographer?

If so, could you tell me who and give me some feedback?

We had 2 - Dom and Michael.

They both showed up at 1 ...Dom left right after the church and Michael took over the rest of the night.
He was wonderful. You can see my pictures here:

Anything taken post- ceremony was all Michael! He handled all those portraits the family wanted with ease and still had time to get detailed shots of the cocktail hour and reception room.

Plus, all the shots are without a picture list- I trusted Dom and Michael to get everything we wanted.

I was just looking at some of the Brides reviews - lanikai had 12th Night, her pictures are gorgeous and her review of them was very good....she said she had Geraldine & Vicki from 12th Night as her photographers.

We are only having 1 photographer so Dom isn't available (he only does weddings with 2 photographers). I was really upset at first b/c I just had it in my head that I needed to use Dom so I asked them to see Michael's work and I have to say I couldn't really tell a difference between his and Dom's (I tried!)
Maybe there are some differences but as far as quality he is excellent and my impression is that ALL of their photgraphers are..lots of times when you see someone's pics they are taken by people other than Dom..have you ever seen 12th NIght pics you didn't like?!

I remember seeing a post from a 2005 who had Michael as her photographer and she was really happy with him.

I'm using 12th Night as well, and Dom is not doing our wedding. His brother works for him, and his other photographers have been with him for many years. Their NO fly bye nighters either, so relax, it'll be fine. I know Dom is the owner, but just because he IS, doesn't mean he's always available. So with that in mind, if you booked with his business, you should trust in him!

Michael is my main photo and I am not sure of the second.
I looked at samples from all the photographers, and would be happy with any of them

We had Michael (his brother) and Cynthia. They were both AMAZING photographers,. Trust me, Dom would not put his 12th nite name on something that was anything less than stellar work. You cant go wrong.
