how much did your invitations cost in postage?
I'll have mine weighed at the post office, but I'm just curious about the average weight. I have a thick 6x8 card, RSVP card with envelope, and a direction card from the hall on thin-ish paper.

We have pocketfolds, with four inserts, RSVP envelope, and it cost us .63 cents each.

Re: how much did your invitations cost in postage?
It should come out to .63 cents. Size doesn't matter once it is over the .39 cent rate.

Re: how much did your invitations cost in postage?
60 cents, but that was before postage increase. So now I would say 63 cents.
That's for a square invite, RSVP, direction cards, DST Ends reminder card.

Mine were $0.87 also... I had thick (3 layered) paper and an inner enveope... I couldn't believe how much $$$ I spent at the post office between the response cards and my invites!

ETA: I put one $.60 and one $.37 which were both in the flowered pattern.

I'm confused - $1 to mail the invite + .39 for the reply card = $1.39. Where does the extra $1.21 come from?

She may have done custom stamps. I did because I only wanted to use 1 stamp and I wanted a wedding picture. The postage was .87 but with the customer printing via zazzle.com added a bit.
