Desperately need ideas for Bridesmaid gifts
Ok,
I know I want to get my BM's the jewelry for the wedding day as their gift from me. But, with the dress we picked, I just don't think a necklace will fit. It just seems like too much on top to me. Maybe I am wrong though?
So, any suggestions would be so very appreciated.
OHH! And one of my BM's does NOT have her ears pierced...
I can't really have them wearing silver jewelry either, because my dress is all about the gold...with a gold sash.
Here's the BM dress. We are getting it in mint.
I am desperate for ideas ladies. Thank you so much in advance.

I think a necklace would look nice. As long as it is a choker and doesnt hang low. Even a nice thick braclet, something with a lot of stands to it.

IMO I would only do some nice chandelier earrings with avery nice bracelet. I would not do any necklace.

A necklace didn't really go with my BM dress either, so I got them all bracelets. I saw a nice close-up pic where the girls were all wearing their bracelets and holding their BoKs, that kind of inspired the idea.

I would also skip the necklace. Will the girl whose ears are not pierced wear clip ons? I like the bracelet idea as well.

I am thinking a bracelet for everyone. I just can't make up my mind what kind....
chunky green beads?
or gold bangles?
or gold charm bracelets?
And I don't know any good sites to start looking.
And I called my sister. She DOES have her ears pierced, but hasn't worn earrings in years, so she is going to check if she can still get an earring through the hole. If she can, I will definitely get them earrings and braclets.
But any suggestions for nice earrings and bracelet/s?
Mint green dresses, my dress is off white with a gold sash.

I don't think you need a necklace with this dress. Earings and a Bracelet would be nice. I've seen a lot of clip on chandalier earings at Tri-County and at my bridal salon (Bridal Reflections in Massapequa) as well in case you need clip ons. Try these places for really pretty jewelry:

I plan on going to antique shows to buy all my BMs vintage brooches, and vintage handkerchiefs to wrap their bouquets with. This way, they are all one of a kind.
I agree about the bracelets.

I told my bridesmaid I wasn't getting them jewelry. (Some like gold, some silver, some need clip-on earrings, yadda) I don't really care what they wear, but I said no pearls.
I got them engraved compacts, a home pedicure set and trying to figure out a third thing.
