Wedding in 2007 -- Any suggestions on halls?
Hi Everyone,
Just got engaged on 2/25. My fiance and I started looking at halls... Anyone have any suggestions? We will be having around 150 people

well there is soo many nice halls to look at - i dont even know where to start!!
do you want a halll in nassau, suffolk, queens, westchester?
and also - what is your price range (if you have one)

Also, probably the biggest factor in deciding a hall on LI is budget and location....If you could let the girls on here know those two things, we could better help you!

Hey....I love anything on the water or on a golf course...you can get really nice pics there...it depends on what time of year...each hall has its pros.....Did you want something in Nassau orSuffolk?

Congrats on your engagement!
I'm bias becaue I am in LOVE with East Wind. It was the first place my FH and I looked at (we looked at a bunch afterwards) but when I walked into the Estate at East Wind, I knew that is where we were supposed to have our reception! At East WInd, they have an array of options for your receptions- it's definitely worth checking out. Also, everyone is super friendly and they really work with you to make your dream wedding come true.
Oh and they usually have bridal shows every month or so!
