engraving for invitations, embossed/thermography, plain printed...???

I did thermography-I liked them a lot. It's not as expensive as engraved and gives you more font choices (I believe).

I did letterpress for my invites because I liked the papers so much more than what was available for flat/thermography printing. It costs about the same as engraving does.

i want thermography -- i think it looks great and i like the price. but my FFIL will probably say it looks cheap.

DIY girl here. My father printed them at his work for me. They have an exceptionally nice printer. Everything worked out great.
