I booked my photographer, too!

I booked my photographer, too!

I had 6 appointments set up to talk to a bunch of different photographers. My mother and sister both used Alex at Roma Photography for their weddings and really loved him. Obviously I've seen his work and loved it.

But, when planning my wedding, I wasn't sure I was going to go with him. I thought he was more on the expensive side, and I wanted to see what else was out there. Well, one day my mom and I were sitting in Starbucks in Sayville trying to decide which hall to book (I was so confused)

and in walks Alex. My mom says hello and explains that I'm now getting married and we were trying to decide which hall to book. She did not tell him that we were going to book him, but yet, he sat there with us for about 15mins. giving us his opinion of each hall and telling me other places to look. I thought it was so nice for him to go out of his way to help me with this, especially when he didn't KNOW he was going to get something out of it.

But, I still booked my 6 appointments, not sure that FH and I would be able to afford Alex. Our first appointment was with Alex, yesterday morning. After meeting with him, we cancelled all of the other appointments and booked him right away.

We were pleasantly surprised that he was NOT that expensive and even a better deal than other photographers we were going to look at. Throw in the fact that I KNOW he does beautiful work, and he his very accommodating, it was a no brainer.

awesome!!! you just know when you picked the right photographer and the fact that he took the time to give you suggestions on some ideas was a plus! Congrats!!!
