Limo and Liquor Question

We booked a certain limo company and I asked about alcohol on the Limo Bus and they said they do not include it because of some law but we can buy it and as long as we have a receipt for the Driver they will allow it. I dont understand because there is a bar in the bus that is why we booked the Limo bus Does any one know if this is true

Re: Limo and Liquor Question

Mine do not-we supply the alcohol. I am sure it is a liability issue.

He's SO down to earth... and not a 'typical' in-your-face DJ. He's very classy! We made a good choice!

Re: Limo and Liquor Question

Ours comes fully stocked, its sounds weird to me, you should tell them you called around and all other Limo Companies offer fully stocked bars, see what they say.

That's very interesting to find out, my FH was leaning towards getting a limo bus.

So was mine... I'm glad we went with the Hummer now. I never knew that! The place should have told you that this law just applied to the buses. That way you could have made an informed decision.

Re: Limo and Liquor Question

I had a limobus for my wedding and yes because of some ny state law, you have to provide your own liquor. I checked several limo companies that had limo buses because I knew I wanted one and they all said the same thing. A lot of the companies will just let you drop off the alcohol a day or two before the wedding and they will stock it for you as well.
