I have to tell you!-Re-post from NWR

Some colleagues of mine who I haven't seen for a while just came by and asked me if I lost weight!

I wanted to kiss them full on the lips. I have been working so hard at it and didn't really notice much movement on the scale, but I guess the gym is really helping.

I almost cried.

Little triumphs=big rewards!

Made my day. Good thing since I'm planning a tropical vacation soon.

did you get the cole hann yet? I just got the one with the multi- colors stiching on it- but it's sitting in my truck until I can sneak it into the house

You are too funny! No, not yet. It will be mid-April. Have to suck it up for a while. Some big expenses in March. Do you have a pic of the bag you bought?

lol...I just got the 'you spend too much money speech' so I have this plan- to wait until the next time I go food shopping and to Target- and then to cut the tags off and put it in a target bag- and say- 'wow look at this cool bag I got at Target for $19.99'

both- he isn't stupid - I pick and chose what to tell him- I would never walk in with 3 bloomies bags and expect to get away with saying I soent $100

but in this case he has no idea who Cole Hann is- so it's not like he see's LV logo and knows it cost alot- it's more covert

a girls got to do what a girls got to do- I grew up like this- we used to go shopping- come home- 1 of us would run up stairs to see where my Dad was- if he was sleeping we would run up our rooms with the bags- if we awake- we would wait it out-and hide things in the truck

when my Mom got sick my Dad found a HUGE card board box under their bed filled with receipts and all store credit card bills- he was in shock-

Don't we all. I order from catalogs and online and he has a fit. Meanwhile I almost never go to the store. I get the you spend too much money on this crap stuff.

I'm with all of you- I order online and have things delivered to work so that FH won't know.

I also hide my bags in the trunk until he's gone.

What also works is buying something for him. When I bring him something home from the mall he doesn't question a thing!

He realizes that I shop a lot but he doesn't know how much!

I started sending things to the office. Small things since I commute. He's home before me so I can't really hide stuff.

He notices I have new stuff and he likes it, but it's a big mystery!

My DH compains when I buy a lipgloss. But he has no problem going out drinking with his friends and blowing wads of cash.

So, to each his/her own.

Although I thought I was good..Beth is the queen!
