How do you know how many OOT rooms to book?

Am I the only one who can't figure this out?? Should I include those ppl who (may be) coming from NYC vicinity?

my hotel said to overestimate to lock into the good rates for more rooms. Our guarantee was only 10 rooms for the whole weekend.

I am booking more then I defiantly need, but I would rather be safe then sorry. I have a total of 35 at 2 hotels. I figure it is ALL the way out East, it's a Sat night and it ends late. If I know my friends, all the rooms will be booked!
