Those that rode in the limo with the Bridal Party....

Just curious to know what your experience was like.

We booked one limo for us to ride w/our Bridal Party - including the kids (Jr. BM, Jr. GM, 2 FG's, and 1 RB)....and FI is having a hissy fit about the kids being in the limo....

we'll just have 2 kids in the limo. But, we also rented a classic car. My parents and I will ride TO the church in the classic car. The BP will be in the Hummer. AFTER the church, my FH and I will go in the classic car to the picture taking location. When we get there, we're letting the classic car go. After we're done taking pics, we ALL get in the Hummer to go to the reception. So, it's kind of the best of all worlds... alone time as husband and wife, and party time with our friends/family in the BP.

we are planning on doing that as well im sure it will be fine....we are going to have his 14yr old sis and 4 kids around 5yrs old

One of my FH's few requests about the wedding is to ride with the whole bridal party since this is where he has always had the most fun when he's been in a wedding. In my experience the kids have never been a problem!

I can't wait to ride in the limo with everyone. I want to party with everyone right after the church!!! And the party will definitely be starting in the limo as soon as we close the door! We will have the 2 FG's and 1 RB in the limo with us, but we do not mind at all. It is not like we are going to be doing anything x-rated, just drinking a celebrating and having a lot of fun (I love our BP!), so it is not a problem that they are with us.

We had an Escalade Limo after the church and we rode with the bridal party 5 BM and 3GM and the FG and RB and it was great we even stopped at McDonalds and got the kids food since we had some time and they were hungry I am glad we were all together, mind you in the beginning of the planning I wanted to be alone but I am glad we changed our mind and rode with everyone.

I think it's a ton of fun to be with the BP, kids too!

ETA: Some weddings I have been in, the kids in BP didn't ride in the limo (were with parents or other relatives) and that was ok too.

We rented a limobus for us and the entire bridal party and it was a blast!!! It was the best decision we made!!!!!

We rode in the limo with our BP, but the kids didn't come to the reception. DH and I are thrilled that we rode with them, because it was so much fun! I loved being able to spend time with them before the reception. We're doing this for my sister's wedding in July and we can't wait!

I was in my friends & she had 3 little ring bearers that came also & they sat in the back seat, there was another little seat in the back, so you may want to check into if your limo has that, it worked out good that way...

In my best friends wedding it was her, her dad, the BMS and 2 of the little girls. It was fine! It was crowded but fun

Christine- We have a huge BP 20 including the FG & RB so we got a Limo Bus and after the church FH & I will ride in the bus with everyone.
plus we have 7 other little one (FH's nievces & nephews)

tell your FH that it will a crazy party at that point, he will not even notice the kids being rowdy.

We are riding in the limo with the BP and my parents. I decided that I didn't want the kids in the limo because I think it's unsafe. After what happened to that little girl on the Meadowbrook last year, I just wouldn't feel comfortable.

After the ceremony we rode on the limo bus with everyone and it was a blast, to be honest I did not notice the kids, however we only two of the four kids with us. The other two kids parents insisted that their kids ride with them and met us at the recpetion hall when we were there.
