2nd baby...

My son is almost 9 months and I am feeling such an incredible urge to have another baby!! In reality I think I'm nuts and it's too soon, I can't explain these feelings! It must be mother nature's way of keeping the earth populated!! My co-worker just had a baby today and t/o her pregnancy I was so envious of her belly etc.! Any one else get these feelings so soon??
At this rate I'll have millions of babies!!!

I'm definitely having baby # 2 syndrome, but I don't know if hubby is sharing that thought He says we'll start working on it in a year or so. I hope he's as good as his word

FH and i are both yearning for baby # 2.....we just dont know if we can go through all the hurdles again so soon. The plan right now is to wait to TTC until next spring....this way if I am forced to be on bed rest or hospitalized James will be a little older and might understand a little better.

I know h ow you feel I am wanting another baby. I am gonna wait till after we get married but I want to start trying right away.
My daughter is also 9 months old so by next year she will be 2

I think as a baby gets a bit older we begin to 'miss' that itty bitty baby we held not so long ago.
Having 2 under 2 is not easy IMO..but many women have done it and are doing it now. Personally, I would not have been able to enjoy Molly 1/2 as much if I was pregnant during many of the past few months. I also like having my time with Molly right now. But being a working mom may also have to do with that...it is hard to split the little time I have between 2 IMO.
You have to decide what is best for your family. IF you had a c/s you are best to make sure you have 18 months in between surgeries (NOT to save you can't VBAC!) for health reasons. That is one consideration and if you are bfing your milk production may be effected when you become pregnant. Another consideration for some women.

I have not gotten the urge yet for baby 2. Emily is nine and a half months, and I can't imagine having another one yet. Emily is a great baby. With working and all it would be hard. I want to enjoy having one right now. My hubby and I decided we'd try for number two in fall of 06.

Anthony is 2 1/2 and I have baby #2 fever BAD!!! DH dosent share my opinions though!!!

I remember how little and cute he was and how he smelled and how fun it is to watch them do new things every day.

DH remembers how often he woke up at night, how much formula costs, and how much time, energy and money #1 still consumes and that pretty much ends our baby talk

My SIL recently found out she is pregnant w/ #2. New baby & older sis will be exactly 1 year apart!!! Surprise!!!!!!!

Alex is only 3 months old and I don't have that feeling yet but DH and I have discussed trying again at the end of the year when he will be 8 months old. I want them to be close in age.
