My DIY memory candle w/ pic

Keep in mind I'm not very creative or artistic. Here is the candle. It reads:

Those we love remain with us,
For love itself lives on.
Cherished memories never fade,
Because one loved is gone.
Those we love can never be,
More than a thought apart,
For as long as there’s a memory
They live on in our heart.

This candle is in loving memory of our family
members who could not be with us today.

That's how I made mine. I added the ribbon the edge to finish off the edges

I bought size 12x12 velum paper from AC Moore, wine colored ribbon for the trim, and one tall pillar candle. I types in the poem in word and I print is on a regular size of paper (just to make sure it looked okay). Then I cut the vellum to the size of regular paper (I taped a piece of regular paper to the velum and cut around the edges). Then I printed the poem on the vellum paper. I hot glued the vellum to the candle down the back seam. Then I hot glued the ribbon around the edges (I did two layers of ribbon to make the wine color darker). And VIOLA!! It's done. It took me all fo 10 minutes to do. I am NOT artistic AT ALL, so it is easy for me to say that this was a simple task!!!
