I am ordering these today from Land's End. The pacific blue color matches the BM dresses perfectly (they will send you a free swatch if you ask).

I ordered bags from OldNavy.com and am going to have them embroidered. I've also seen them on Weddingchannel.com, The Knot, and some other sites.
