We signed the contract today - 162 days to plan!!

I'm so excited just wanted to share! We signed the contract for our RH today and got the minister to hold the date!

I can't beleive I only have 162 days to do this in!!!

With good communication and coordination is really doable.

Started in January for an August wedding.

Just try not to stress out!

I couldnt agree more!!! Got engaged in December and getting married May 27th.....

Hi date twin!! Same here, we booked our RH late January....I can't believe how much we got done so quickly!

Johnnysgirl, don't sweat it, like everyone else said, as long as you're organized and stay on top of everything, it should be smooth sailing! Definitely take full advantage of these boards, I don't think I would have been able to do it without the help of the girls on LIW

Hello date twin to you too!

We did so much in 2 months. We are about done with all the vendors. Just need to book the flowers and pick tux.

My top priorities were RH, HM and dress. Then I booked a photographer and hair/make-up.

Thats great!!!! Congrats!! You will be able to do it!! My close friend planned her wedding in 4 months and it was one of the best weddings I went to!!

I have to say if you really aren't doing anything else but wedding planning, its completely do-able - even though we got engaged last May - I had everything booked by the end of the summer - thats less than 3 months. I stopped because everyone told me to slow down, I had practically a year at that point, yada yada - I wish I didn't because I got overwhelmed recently - but I TOTALLY could have whipped up a wedding in a few months back when I had the extra time (I had to get things done because i knew come September, I was going to be swamped - and I was right!!!)
