Wedding Invite Wording Help
Both parents are hosting (not splitting) the cost, and I would like to have both parents names on the invites.I also want to say something about the mass celebrating the marriage...not just the marriage of...
Does this sound too verbose? I was told it is the formal way to do it but it sounds so wordy. Any suggestions?
Mr. & Mrs. Bride's Parents
request the honour of your presence
at the Nuptial Mass
at which their daughter
Bride
and
Groom
son of Mr. & Mrs. Groom's Parents
will be united
in the Sacrament of Matrimony
