Accomodations Wording on Invitations

I'm losing it. I've been working on these invitations for way too long and now that I'm in the home stretch my fried brain is just not working anymore.

What's the most polite way to say that the reserved rooms are discounted?

If you have anything better than the poll choices, please list them below - I'm not even sure what I'm typing anymore!

Re: Accomodations Wording on Invitations

? I do not think that this wording is included directly on the invitation ?

Were you thinking about a separate insert?

Re: Accomodations Wording on Invitations

our hotel gave us cards, and there is a spot on them to put the rate. I don't think there's a need to tell them it's discounted...
HTH!!!

Re: Accomodations Wording on Invitations

I didn't put this on the invitations. The Marriott gave me cards which say 'A group of rooms has been set aside at the Islandia Marriott Long Island. In order to access the group rate, please make your reservations no later than four weeks prior to the event date. etc. etc.'

Re: Accomodations Wording on Invitations

It's definitely not going on the actual invitation - I wasn't that delirious
I meant on the actual accomodations card. Did anyone put a sentence or anything before listing the hotels?

Re: Accomodations Wording on Invitations

I didn't insert any wording. I just placed in the hotel card and wrote in the group name and group rate in the spots that were supplied to me. I'm assuming that my guests will understand that rooms have been blocked for the wedding.
