NWR...Cheesecake recipe

Anyone have a really good cheesecake recipe? I wanted to make one for Easter Sunday.

Check the food tv network website I have made a cheesecake from a recipe I found on their. It was my first and it came out pretty good. HTH

I do ,,

I just made i last week for palm sunday camr out delicious..

Crust
1 cup graham crakcers very fine ( i used more because I like a thicker crust)
3/4 tbls spn cinnamon
6 tbls melted butter ( again I used a lilmore )

Filling
24 oz creme cheese, ( 3 bars) @ room temp
1 1/4 cup sugar
5 eggs seperated
1 pint sour creme
3tblsp flour
1 1/2 teasonn vanilla extract
juice & grated rind one lemon

To Make the crust

combine cracker crumbs cinamon & melted butter in a bowl until moistened
spray spring foam pan with pam
press the crummbs into pan,, I used 10 inch
chill in fridge for at least 30 min


cake
beat creme chesse w. mixer until soft & smooth
add sugar 1/4 cup @ a time beating until sugar blends with it
add egg yolks one at a time while blending
continue to beat & then add sour cream flour salt & vanilla & the lemon rinds
In another bolw beat egg whites untilk soft but not sticky
gently fold egg whites into mixture
pour into pan
bakje @ 325 for 1 1/2 hours
then after the 1 1/2 hour is up shut off oven & leave in oven for anothwr hour
let cool & sreve
