NWR: OMG Roosevelt Island Tram Stuck

Did you guys hear about this? Theres 70+ people stranded in the air. Theyve been stuck since 5:20 pm and now they will have to remove each person one at a time and that takes 10-15 minutes a person. 9 children on board including an infant

i saw that at 10 pm......i was ticked for those people....they announced at like 9:45 that they'd just decided to do a rescue.....shameful really.
