it depends on the type you buy - no added sugar or flavors.. it has antioxidants - that is great for your body.. it also fills you more and will help with cravings...im looking into a good cold green tea - but lipton is good for hot tea.. drink it morning and night..
i havent noticed and weight lose, but it does fill me up...

Re: NWR: Green Tea
Ahhh green tea.One of my favorite things on earth.
I stated drinking green tea religiously about 4 months ago.. (about 2 cups a day) and honestly, although I haven't lost any weight from it, I can honestly say that I havent gotten sick .. or felt even the slightest bit of a cold comming on I feel GREAT! My springtime allergies this year are virtually non-existant. Green Teah as sooooo many benefits for your body. it really is the Miracle Drug!!! I love it!

It was all over the news the other day that they did a study and found that drinking ~8 cups of green tea per day reduces your risk of getting diabetes by one third

Re: NWR: Green Tea
It's an appetite supressant so it's supposed to naturally reduce the amount you eat. But I drink green tea all the time and I continue to stuff my face. Maybe I'm not doing it right.
