Kleinfelds - venting session
Is it just me or has anyone else not been impressed with Kleinfelds? I hear great stuff about them, I went yesterday I made me appointment 3 weeks ago and they still made me wait 30 minutes. The women helping me was not friendly and kept bringing out styles I told her I didn't like. Also I told her my price range and she only brought out dresses that price or higher!

I have heard the same thing about Kleinfelds. I hear they aren't friendly or too helpful unless your spending really big bucks! I won't even attempt to look there just from what I have heard.

I guess it really just does depend on the salesperson you get. They can make your experience good or bad.

Re: Kleinfelds - venting session
I went in February and since I finally got an appt to see the dress I wanted to try on, I had no problem. I waited 5 minutes after showing up and it was during a trunk show and lots of brides were there. I had very good service from my sales person.

Yeah I think the salesperson has alot to do with it, I had Sarah. I was with my MOH and at one point she said to her 'Can you please show us dresses in the style she's asking for.' It was just really fustrating!

Re: Kleinfelds - venting session
i was just there on saturday as well!! i got the best treatment ever! i worked with a woman name Camille! at first she would be missing for a few minutes here and there but its because i was telling her what kind of dress i wanted and she was trying to locate that dress...alot of the other girls were either trying on the dresses so alot of the times the newer stuff was being passed around from one person to the other!!! Also my sister in law knows the owner so we did get extra attention!!!also we were told to always book the first appt available in the morning because there is no one before you...mine was at 9:30 and i didnt leave until 12....so whoever the poor girl was after me had to wait as well....i felt bad but there was just a ton of dresses to try on....Im sorry you had a bad experience..the next time you go..ask for someone else....!!!

I went yesterday also. But I had a pretty good experience, the saleswoman was helpful and nice. I think I may have found the dress. It is pricey though, no getting around that.

I also worked with RIta and I thought she was great. She actually spent 3 hours with me showing me different dresses and I never felt rushed.
