need help quick - stuffing invites question

my friend just called in a panic..is stuffing envelopes..do you put the response card inthe response envelope...or is it jus laying within the flap.....
(INSIDE of the big envelope of course

)

So the rsvp card doesn't actually go inside of the envelope?
You just rest it on the envelope with the flap over it???

My invite guy told me this........
Don't put the response in the envelope, there are actually people who will just sent the response back with out filling it out. This way they see the blank line and will hopefully fill it out and return it.

Amazing that there are people like that out in society, but hey, that's what makes the world go round.
