In which shop have you had GOOD experiences with alterations for Bridal Gown and BridesMaid Dresses?

I'm getting freaked out by people's horror stories on alterations that aren't done until the night before the wedding......or finding they did it wrong, or that they made snags or runs in the dresses.

If you have had good experiences with well-done alterations done in a professional, timely manner, could you please tell me where?

I'm curious specifically about the Bridal Garden in Bethpage, Renate's in Lindenhurst, and Burton's in Melville.....but just want to get a general idea of where might be a good place to go.

We just used Bridal Suite of bayshore for my friends wedding and EVERYTHING was perfect. There was no issue with bad alterations or timing at all. The ladies there are also very sweet. I am also using them for my gown and the BM's.

My MOH used Bridal Garden last year just for the alterations. She did not buy her dress there and she did not have any problems with them. She was happy with them.
