me -a different hair style i hated it so much . and i hate looking at my proofs because of me hair lol

here's the thing.... i think we are so critical on ourselves....you'll say, 'oh so and so looks great'...but then we look at ourselves and are like... oh my arms are fat, my hair is ugly, blah blah....

so i'm trying to look at my new proofs with an open eye....and to be honest, i'm pretty pleased!

I have a LIST!!

I would have changed my hairstyle too - I didn't hate it, but the curls should have been looser.

I would have had a fingertip length veil for the reception (although if I had that it wouldn't really matter how tight my curls were).

I would have had a prettier cake and not the monstrosity I had.

I would have added peonies to my bo-k instead of the hydrangeas, and made it fuller.

OH! and I wouldn't have made those dorky faces I made in the pics of DH kissing my neck.

Lana....I loved your bouquet!! I actually wanted a cascading bouquet and EVERY florist that I went to said I was too short They said that instead of 'Here comes the bride' it would be 'Here comes the bouquet'

My florist told me the same thing, that I was too short to carry off a cascading bouquet

Aw...thanks!!! We are all SO hard on ourselves. I see brides on here who are so beautiful and all of a sudden I feel really ugly. I've only just begun at the flowers....I love some of the lower, looser buns girls are doing. But hey--how I did my hair and what I picked out at the time was exactly as I envisioned myself as a bride. I just needed 2 weddings so I could create another look! LOL

I would have lost more weight. I think I looked good, but of course… I have never been happy with my weight. So I will always be critical of it.

I would have opened my mouth! I don't have proofs yet, but in a lot of the pics I've seen, my mouth is closed or my lips are pursed..I think just because I'm not used to lipstick and I felt like I was going to ruin it.

lanabean, you looked absolutely gorgeous on your wedding day! You are one of the brides that inspired me because you looked so classic and elegant.

I understand tho, b/c while at first I was happy with how I looked now seeing my video I now have 'bridal self image disorder'..in that I feel like I looked hideous at some points even tho deep down I know I was fine.

I would have asked my photographer take a photo of my sister's family together. I have no photos of my BIL!
He was with my niece who was sleeping when we were taking photos in the room at the hall and he wasn't at the house that morning, so I don't think the photographer knew who he was. We feel bad about it.

ETA: and i would have used some powder, I look a little shiny in some photos.

lost more weight

dress cut higher, too much boob hanging out in most of my pictures

limo situation

different makeup for tattoo

I wouldn't change much. However what I would change is my stupid faces and the fact that I blinked in some really nice photos. I wish I would have lost more weight as well.
I also wish I had time to go outside Fox Hollow and take pics.
