Best Part of Getting Married and Moving to NJ
Getting on my Husband's Car Insurance...I'm paying only $800 for the YEAR!!!!

does your insurance go down when you are married? maybe I should call my guy- I did and since Jake's record isn't a perfect as mine- it would go up- so we are keeping it a secret

wow, didn't know that. well, i did change it at work, just not sure till i get my paycheck how that affects it - I'l let you know.
frank's insurance also went down cause he got married and now there are two cars!

frank's insurance also went down cause he got married and now there are two cars!
ah- I see I already have both cars in my name- and we pay so little I couldn't imagine it going down anymore- we saved alot last year when I put Jake new car in my name-
as for the pay check- I made out pretty well- I took home about 10% more for 2 weeks- pretty cool

my geico policy went down $130 for 6 months just for changing my status to married!!!

I also have Geico and it went down, but not that much. I guess it depends on the car. mine is on the old side and I'm not paying a lot to begin with.

I agree! I was sooo excited how much mine went down when it was moved over to 'married status'!
