What was your favorite book when you were a pre-teen/ teen?

I really liked this book called Summer Of My German Soldier. I read it like 10 times. I recently tried to read it again, and it just doesn't do it for me anymore!

I had the same reaction when I re-read Nancy Drew books. I used to love them, but when I went back to read them, it's not the same.

I LOVED THAT!! And there was anoter one about a girl who got aids after she was raped....It Happened to Nancy .. and Jays Journal...

I still love Catcher in the Rye by JD salinger. I try to read it every year and reflect back on it.

My favorite 'teen' novels were this series called Kissed by an Angel. They were so sweet and I could never find them at book stores on Long Island. I got one every time we went to Connecticutt.

AH yes... Sweet Valley High... I even watched the TV series....

My favorite books though were Tuck Everlasting, about a family who accidentally drank from the fountain of youth and stopped aging, and Bridge to Terabithia, about a boy and girl who form a summer friendship before she dies suddenly )I was odd too!)

this is going to sound so perverted...but Forever by Judy Blume. I was 13 when I read it..and heard all about the 'interesting part' and finished it in one day..
