Argh....I didn't block enought hotel rooms for OOT guests!!!

We called today to add rooms and they are booked up and im freaking out!!! FH is like don't worry, we will figure something out, buy my STDs with all the accomodation info already went out!! Help!!

WHen did you originally reserve the rooms, i'm not sure when to reserve mine?

Don't worry - can you add more rooms to the block - If not block off rooms at a different hotel and include that information with the invites.

Your wedding is in November? If all the rooms are booked at your original hotel it should still be possible to get a block of rooms at another hotel. It will not be as convenient as having everyone at the same hotel but I do know of people who have had two different hotels for their out of town guests to give them an option of where to stay.

Call and speak to a manager. See if they can do anything for you. Let them know that if you cant add more rooms you will have to cancel them all to keep everyone together at a different hotel. Watch how quick some rooms will become available to you. HTH

That stinks, and has me a little nervous too! We did a awedding website that offered other hotel suggestions besides the one we are staying in...and actually some of our friends opted for the alternatives because it was less money. Maybe you could round up email address's and make a 'accomodation newsletter 'for your guest...include other area hotels, and even area attractions. It'll give them an option in case they can't get a room at your place.
