Limo tipping question

We just booked Royalty for our limos this past week.

There is a 20% grautity included. Do you still tip the drivers that day? If so, how much? I asked the guy and he told me that it is up to us, what is everyone doing?

I'm prob gonna give them 50-100$ if they do a nice job, don't rush us, etc.
