Taking you gown to get cleaned and preserved

How long after the wedding did you do this? I'm so lazy, it's laid over some boxes back in it's bag. I see it every morning but I have no desire to take it to get cleaned! LOL I need to go though, I don't want to hold it too long.

I still haven't taken mine & it is over 2 months! I hope to do it by at least the end of July! It is in the spare bedroom in our house, so once I start moving boxes, I will want to get it all cleaned up!

I just brought mine to the cleaner's today. I'm not preserving it, just cleaning it, but hopefully none of the filthiness I picked up on the bottom of my dress stained!
