Re: Workout Music?
Please don't laugh at me, but I definitely listen to Britney Spears. Her stuff is so upbeat. I also have Shakira, Hips Don't Lie and Temperature on my playlist right now.

Re: Workout Music?
OOH! When I was teaching water aerobics, I went through so much. In the water you normally go through about 1/2 beats because you're going slower, but the music works well anywhere, whether 1/2 or full time.I used:
Follow me (warm-up) Uncle Kracker
Disco Inferno
It's raining men
99% Sure (country song, but he's so hot, it works well for arms)
Thank God I'm a country boy (It's so high in beats that you have to go fast, but only keep it up for the song)
Whatever other songs you want to keep your heartrate above 120 for 30 minutes. Then remember to warmdown for 5 minutes.
Let me know if you want to know more. I'm a plethera of knowlegde.

I am also a huge Britney fan! I also love 50 cent to workout to. He just has awesome beats! I also like Christina's 'Dirty', 'Everyone in the Club Gettin Tips' (I don't know if that's the name of it...I'm just singing it in my head), a little Justin T. and Beyonce too, especially Independent Woman and Crazy in Love!

OMG they so need to go on my playlist!! Great Songs!!
I am a big fan of Fall Out Boy's new album, they can get me running whenever they show up on random. I too like Britney Spears and for some reason NSYNC can always help me up the pace on the tread mill. Oh and I just recently added K7 Come Baby Come
