I read through many tipping threads, but I still have questions
1. Are you giving a tip to video/photo after you receive the product?2. Are you nervous the vendor will not get the product to you in a timely manner because of not tipping them at the wedding?
3. Is it necessary to tip the florist if she owns the business? She will be the one delivering the flowers... How much is a good amount?
3. Did anyone NOT tip the altar servers?

Re: I read through many tipping threads, but I still have questions
we will be tipping our photographer when we receive our albums, usually the general rule of thumb is you don't tip someone if they're the owner, however if she does an outstanding job, I'm sure she'll appreciate it.

Re: I read through many tipping threads, but I still have questions
We didn't tip our photog or video on the wedding day. I let them know that we were waiting until we got the proofs and video. I let them know at the end of the night that they did a great job, but I couldn't tip until I knew that they really did a good job. They appreciated me letting them know. (I was the one in charge of photography, my DH dealt with the others)I got my proofs within 3 weeks and sent him the tip immediately! The video is taking longer because of our fault. Our family doesn't live near us and we are waiting to get baby pics to start the video process.
