I have a lot of DIY's and I know that there are many tables.

Sweetheart table
Cake table
Seating card table
Centerpieces
Gift card table

My question is.. How do you intend to inform the RH about how you want things set up? I was thinking about setting up each one and taking a picture and giving to them. What so you think?

Thats a good idea. I will go over everything with my hall and also my DOC. She will be there to make sure that all is how I want it. 2 eyes are always better then one.

I would trust your hall to set things up the right way. I just gave them boxes with my stuff in it and labeled where the things in each box was supposed to go and they did the rest.

Thats how I would assume it should be.. basically the same way I did with my E-party and the same way we did for my bros wedding... we gave them the suff and trusted theyw ould do it right!

I thought it worked the same way, too. I guess giving them a picture with the boxes can't hurt though.

WIth much of it, it will be obvious where it goes. Anything that you insist upon, write it down. Also, the people at your hall could surprise you with some new ideas that you will like.
