:-D I came home today and... (those who like to bake, please come in!)

there was a package by the front door!

Some friends of my parents who can't come to our engagement party (in 2 1/2 weeks! so excited! ) send us a gift! And I've been so busy lately that I didn't even see it get checked off the registry.

So... now a question. They bought me my calphalon 5 piece baking set - a 6 cup muffin pan, loaf pan, 2 round cage pans, and a jelly roll sheet.

Of course, I want to use my gifts

So, share with me your favorite baking recipes! Please keep it relatively simple, as I'm an amateur, but otherwise go for it! Healthy baking is good, but the unhealthy stuff I can always bring in to work

This is SO simple to make and its SO yummy!!!!!!
I might not be able to cook but I sure know how to bake!!!!

Its called 'Brownie Stuff'

Get a box of chocolate brownie mix from the supermarket.
Get 1 bok of Instant Chocolate pudding
1 container of Cool Whip
1 container of sprinkles

Bake the brownies as it says on the box. Let them cool and then make the chocolate pudding. Pour the chocolate pudding on top of the brownies (when they are still in the pan).
Smooth it out all over the brownies so that its completely covered. Then put that in the fridge for about a half hour.
Now you put the cool whip on top. Smooth it all over the chocolate pudding (not mixing.....it will be layered).

You can add sprinkles to the top, chill and serve
