Well its my turn....Here is my farewell...(very long)

Wow…I never thought it would be my turn to write a farewell and here I am. I would first like to thank Ron and Liz for creating this amazing resource for brides to come to. Also thank you so much for my necklace (the chain is my something old).

I first discovered LIW when Tim was searching for reviews on the Swan Club…boy is he sorry he did that! . I soon started posting obsessive posts about the Swan Club and asking if the cocktail hour room had air conditioning or not. Pretty soon I was chatting some of you on a regular basis and meeting these strangers at GTGs. Tim thought I was nuts when I went to the first one…but after meeting Hollie and John in Walmart the next day…he decided they were normal so it must be ok for me to meet with these girls.

Well many of these strangers soon became people that would see me through good and bad times. I had the pleasure of seeing quite a few get married and will have the honor of having some of them at my own wedding on Sunday. I know that many of you are friends that I will have for a long time to come.

I feel like I am at the Oscars but here goes…

Some people I would like to thank…..

Leslie (goldi1021) Where do I begin….you have made me laugh…you have made me cry. You are always there to add words of wisdom and perspective.

Hollie (hmpena) Possibly one of the nicest and most genuine people I have encountered. You always see the glass half full. Thank you for letting me vent so many times.

Jen (jen2999) Truly a special friend. We bonded over the teaching thing and have been pals every since. You are one of the most generous people I have ever met. So glad you are in my life!

Cindy (sweetcin) 6 degrees of separation…. Who would have thought we would have people in common. I wish we weren’t getting married on the same weekend…Would have loved to have had you at my wedding.

Michele (conings25) Always looking out for me…trying to get me a job or just letting me vent! Thank you so much!

Nancy (jxnooscar) When I first saw your picture…I said…hey I know her…but she probably hated me at Marist….should I FM her? Well I am glad that I did. You are such an awesome person. Thank you for always being there!

Carol (summerbride06) I am so glad that we started chatting at PreCana…so glad we are going to be neighbors! Looking forward to BBQs and GTGs.

Gail (HappyBride05) When I ever I am down there is an FM waiting for me…thank you for always sending me something to cheer me up!

Sweetie, I am so happy for you! I am thrilled that you invited John and me to celebrate in the most amazing day of your life with you.

I am so happy that we became friends. You are a wonderful person and I wish nothing but the best for you. I'll always be here for you whenever you need me... I am just a phone call away! I cannot wait to see how beautiful you look on Sunday. You're going to take Tim's breath away!

Kathleen, remember to enjoy your day to the fullest! This is the day that Tim & you have been planning for a long time! Don't let people's comments bother you, as they are trying to damper your day!

Kathleen, so hard to believe its our time! You've been such a wonderful person and we've vented to e/o & been there for e/o & I'm truly thankful for that.
