Poll: FIL's guests who have not RSVP'd

A bunch of FMIL's co-workers haven't RSVP'd (my due date was about a week and a half ago) and FMIL has been following up with them. Meanwhile, they all keep giving her the runaround; no straight answer whatsowever.

And to give some background, she's received a LOT of 'no' responses all along.

So....do I:

I would maybe tell her you need FINAL answers in say 3 or 4 days (maybe 2 weeks from your RSVP date), and that whoever is still giving her the runaround will be counted as a NO, and will not be changed if they finally say yes after that.

I would give her one more final RSVP date and if they don't give her final answers by then, then count them out
