I went a few times for business. Surprisingly, I really, really liked it. The people are so nice, so many things to do. I was joking that I wouldn't mind living there.

My DH's new job means travelling often and we JUST found out that his first four month rotation will be in Kansas City- I am going to be going with him on these rotations..so I was wondering how it is

I think you will like it. Very pretty, lots of sunflowers, good shopping and great restaurants. It is alot more built up then I thought it would be. Very clean, and like I said the people are sooooo nice. I was so pizzed that I had to go there, but in the end, I really, really did like it.

Thank you so much for that... It is difficult enough leaving 'home' and my friends and family and my job- and then when I found out it was to Kansas City I was kind of upset- BUT hearing the positives makes me feel better! Thank you!

I've been there also for business trips and I was quite surprised how much I liked the city.
