Guest Book Idea - sort of like the wish bowl

I was thinking of doing a book with little pockets for people to insert their thoughts, instead of putting them in a bowl (there's a slim chance I'll do anything with the notes). Same poem and set up - just putting the notes into slots in a book. anyone have any thoughts or ideas on how this could work? has this been done and if so, where? TIA!

Wow - that is almost exactly what I was thinking - that's amazing!

I could only open one of the links because the computer at work doesn't seem to accept everything... but I can't wait to look at the other link tonight!
