is it bad luck to sell your gown??

is it one of those good luck traditions to keep your wedding dress cleaned and stored in the attic and never touch it again....

or is it ok to sell it and make some money on it????

i dont think i can make it into anything, and if my daughter is like me.. i wanted my own dress and didnt want to wear my mom's...

PLEASE HELP me decide!!

I was planning on selling mine after the wedding as well, but I did not even think of it as bad luck. I think making a few extra dollars after your wedding for you and your new life with DH is good luck!

getting money back is true.. i just dont know about all the good luck/ bad luck traditions out there..

Never heard of that being bad luck... i'm still trying to decide if I should sell mine too. Just don't know if I can part with it....

I never heard it was bad luck, that being said, I could not sell it...I am going to have it preserved.

It's only bad luck if you are superstitious and believe that selling it will result in bad luck.
