Either Islip or Syosset area... best place for natural looking Permanent French Tips?
Any suggestions? Do you know what a full set costs at your place? I also want to make sure it's a very SANITARY place (and a massage at the end wouldn't hurt!)Thanks!

I just went for a mani today and asked about it. My place called it the New York Permanent French, said it's the latest thing. It's $90!!! Jeesh! Not acrylic, she said it was gel, whatever that means.

I go to Pearl Nail in Bay Shore right on Sunrise Hwy. Just west of Brentwood Rd. I don't remember the price, but it isn't too bad. VERY sanitary and ther is a massage!!

If you are willing to go to Babylon, I LOVE my nail salon. I just went there yesterday (yes they are open on Sunday) & I saw a girl get a permanent french set. it came out beautiful & they definitely did the hot towel & massage at the end. She got a top coat out on to make it look more like a natural nail. They are SUPER clean and the place is beautiful & it is very big & well-ventilated, so you do not feel like you are breathing in chemicals the whole time.
It is Maxy Nails
Rt 109 West Babylon in the Shop Rite parking lot (across the lot from Shop Rite)

I went to Salon Jolee in Hicksvilee 822-1590. I loved them so much I still have them on and I do not plan on taking them off. The girl there was awesome and her prices are very reasonable.

I just got my brows waxed this past weekend & they look great. Plan on it taking about 15 - 20 minutes though - they are very thorough. The prices are unbelievably inexpensive as well. I am not sure if they do threading, b/c I have not asked yet.

Hi...I get my nails done regularly at Color Spa Nails on South Broadway in Hicksville across from the Big Church just north of Old Country Road. I always have a permanent French and they are silk wrapped...They last forever!! This is the best manicure place I have ever been to. I use Susan, the owner and my nails NEVER ever break! The prices are reasonable and EXTREMELY clean!!! Try them and tell them Jackie recommended you. Their # is 516-938-8677. You will be very happy!Welcome New Vendors
