Ideas for a 'something extra' MOH gift

I bought all of my girls monogramed keychains but I wanted to get something extra for my MOH. Any ideas??

I am thinking of something small from Tiffany...maybe an engraved keyring or something along those lines.
If you already got the BM's a keyring...maybe a nice necklace or ring would be an idea. Tiffany (to me) always means 'special gift'.

Yes, I gave the BP a tiffany key chain with their initials on it. But I would like to do something extra for my MOH - but she has EVERYTHING! It's so hard.

Maybe instead of giving her 'something'...give her an experience....like a day at the spa...massage...along those lines.
