PAST FOX HOLLOW BRIDES!!!! question regarding garden terrace...

How many people did you have? My list has grown and i am really nervous that it is going to be really tight.... They say it holds 250+ but i don't believe it!!!

Any feedback would be appreciated!

i'm confused......is that the big room? we are having our wedding there and we have the big room, whichever one that is. They told us it could fit 300, but they would not recommend putting mroe than 270 in there. If you are in that room, thelist of 250 should be fine. I think we are about 260 right now.

hi date twin!

I noticed your wedding is 2 months away, that means you probably havent received all your RSVPs yet. How many invites did you sent out?

If you actually sent out 250 bear in mind you can expect 25-30% to say no, and also about 1-5% no show out of those who say 'yes'

have you looked at the website to see how many they can actually accomodate in your room?

when we booked the garden terrace at fox hollow they told us 300. they said it could hold more for conferences but with use of the dance floor 300 is the max it will comfortably hold.

It holds 250-300. I went to a wedding there and they had 260 if was fine. When I booked with them I had to guarantee 200 for this room.

the winter garden can hold u to 150 at max for comfort

briar fox can seat 240 but with the cocktail hour its less b/c of the food around the walls. its ok b/c ive never been to a cocktail hour where everyone sits.
