Cute Bridal Shower Idea...

For anyone who is planning a bridal shower...

I thought this was a cute idea: (I was just invited to a Bridal Shower and they had on the invitation) to send via mail or e-mail your favorite recipe...
What they are doing is they are comiling all the recipes into a recipe book for the Bride! Thought that was sooo GREAT idea!

that is what they did for my shower-it was very cute and I got tons of good receipes..all my favs

They did this at my shower and many others I've attended. I love the recipes people gave for mine. My mom even added a really cool one, when I was in 3rd grade and studying the pilgrims we made hard tack (a nasty dry stale bread the pilgrims ate) and we had to write down the recipe. My mom kept it all of these years and managed to shrink the image of my original hand written recipe to fit onto the recipe card. It was so much fun to find it among all of the recipes.

They had everyone bring a recipe along with one of the ingredients to my shower. Very cool!

I love this idea...If I have a shower I would love something like this....I thought it was such a great idea ~ I have never been invited to shower before that did this! Very Cute!

I know about the 3rd grade recipe we did something like that with our nationality's & had to bring in the recipe and the food ~ it was great ~ that is cute that she included it...
