If You Need To Change Things On Your Original Contract...
When do you do it? I need to add a throw away bouquet and flower petals to my contract with the florist. Should I call him now or just wait until we have our next meeting? Also, originally I didn't want the photographer and videographer to come to my house but now I do. When do I change this. Now or later? TIA!!!

for the florist you can wait until you next meet with him those items aren't major...like if you decided you wanted to change your CPs...the photographer and videographer i would get in touch with now...just in case..because you never know

Either way that makes you comfortable. I annoyed my florist for the 4 weeks leading up to the wedding with changes, clarifications and add-ons. For me, it was better to do it as I thought of it rather than remembering at a meeting or remembering my notes about my random ideas and thoughts.

I would change things asap and not wait until later...Make sure you get all the changes in writing and everyone signs off of them. Make sure you have copies of the new contracts.
I heard too many horror stories when agreements were made verbally and vendors later 'forgot' about them...
Don't mean to make you paranoid just be on the safe side...
