Looking for nice restaurant for BM luncheon???

My wedding is the Sat over Thanksgiving weekend and so all my girls are off work the day before the wedding - that's the day after Thanksgiving. I want to take them all out to a nice brunch or lunch. Would prefer a brunch...was thinking a hotel brunch like Garden City Hotel but they only do this on Sundays. Where else can we go? Don't want to go too far from where all my girls live which is the Rockville Centre area. Can anyone recommend a nice idea for us to go? Afterwards we'll go for our mani's and pedi's.

Would even be up for afternoon tea if you know anywhere that does this...???

RVC has some nice options away from the craziness of Park Ave.

How about Chadwicks or George Martin's (near the train and Maple Ave.)

I think you are going to have a hardtime to find a place to do brunch on a Friday, most only do it on the weekends. That said depending on the size of your party they might be able to do something special for you. I don't have recommendations for brunch.

I love Milk & Sugar in Bayshore (far from RC), but great for tea. Such a great girly place.

I was also going to suggest milk and sugar.... that is the best palce for a irls afternoon out. I am going to be doing that with my girls. It is just so sweet inside... not expensive but great food!

Yeah that's probably too far. Thanks though.
And yes I figure that too - hard to find something like that on a Friday. It's actually just me plus 4 girls...maybe I should just do it at my mom's house. Bring in food - bagels and quiches or something. That could be cute.
